Our Densifying Shampoo and Conditioner bottles will feature a locking pump top. 
To unlock the pump, ensure that the top is fully tightened onto the bottle. Then, while applying downward pressure (similar to opening a prescription bottle), twist the top part of the pump counterclockwise—while holding the base steady. This action will disengage the locking mechanism and allow you to dispense the product.
