We're here to help you update/change your subscription payment information. Ensuring that your payment information is current is essential for keeping your subscription active. To update your payment method, you can easily follow the steps outlined below:
You can find your upcoming order by accessing 'My Subscriptions' on your account page. To update/change your subscription payment method, please follow the instructions provided below:
📱 From a Mobile Device:
- Select Login 👤
- Enter your email and password
- On the top of the page, select "click here to manage subscriptions."
- Click on "Edit Payment Method" or Select "Address & Payment Details" from the list at the bottom
- You can either be sent an "Update Payment Link" or if updating from the details section, select "+Add Payment Method."
- Select Add New Payment Method & input updated information.
- Click "Add Payment Method"
💻 From a PC:
- Enter your email and password
- On the top of the page, select "click here to manage subscriptions."
- Click on "Edit Payment Method" or Select "Address & Payment Details" from the list at the bottom
- You can either be sent an "Update Payment Link" or if updating from the details section, select "+Add Payment Method."
- Select Add New Payment Method & input updated information.
- Click "Add Payment Method"
