We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. Once we receive your order, it will typically ship within 1-3 business days unless there is an unexpected delay. Please note that business days refer to Monday through Friday and do not include holidays and weekends. View the full shipping policy here.

 

After your order is fulfilled and scanned with the carrier, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. Please check your spam and promo folders if you don't see the email in your primary inbox.

 The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to your tracking details. To track the order, click the 'Track Package' button near the email's bottom.

Sign into your account on BabeOriginal.com to view your order status and tracking information in your 'Order History.'

Once the product leaves our warehouse, please contact the shipping provider for updates regarding shipping and delivery, as they will have the most up-to-date information.

We use DHL in partnership with USPS to ensure the secure delivery of your package to your mailbox. If your order is marked as delivered by the carrier but you haven't received it, we kindly ask that you wait for up to 3 business days before filing a missing/lost package claim. Sometimes, USPS may not make the delivery in time, and they may redeliver within the next 1-3 business days. If you still haven't received your order after this time, please get in touch with us, and we will assist you in exploring replacement options.
