If, for any reason, after using a Babe Original product, you are not satisfied with your purchase made from babeoriginal.com, you may request a replacement or refund within 90 days. If you purchased from one of our authorized sellers, you may file for an exchange or store credit through our website directly with your receipt or proof of purchase within 90 days. We can only process refunds for products purchased at babeoriginal.com. If you purchased from another retail partner and would like a full refund, please contact their customer service team directly for information on how to return.
Please note that because we cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, the Babe Original 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers and is limited to the original end-user.
