What is Mocra?

We’re excited about the Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act, which passed in 2022! This legislation empowers the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to establish important standards in the cosmetics industry. 

The new rules promote transparency in ingredient listings, and as an ethical cosmetics company, we wholeheartedly welcome these positive changes that enhance consumer protection. 

While all U.S. brands must follow MoCRA by 2025, we’re committed to exceeding these standards ahead of schedule. Together, we can foster a safer and more responsible cosmetics industry!
