Managing a subscription can be overwhelming, but fear not! We're here to simplify the process.

Cancel, Skip, or Reactivate Subscription
To Cancel or Skip:

• Log in to your account by selecting the person icon at the top of the page👤
• Enter your email to receive the login code
• On the top of the page, select "Subscriptions"
• Choose the Subscription you would like to adjust
• From there, you can choose to "reschedule" or "Skip" your upcoming shipment, change your renewal frequency, or select "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom of the prompt.
  *Please note that "skipping" the upcoming subscription will reschedule the order for the next fulfillment date.

To Reactivate:

• Log in 👤
• Select “Subscriptions.”
• Click "reactivate" on the selected subscription within the inactive subscriptions section
