Help! I can't log into manage my subscription!Updated 6 months ago

If you're logging in for the first time after starting your subscription, we're here to help you get started smoothly. 

To access your account, you must activate your email address. When you signed up for your subscription, an account activation email was sent to your inbox. Please check your spam and promo folders if you can't locate it. Alternatively, you can click the "Create account" button on the login page and use the same email address you provided at checkout. This will initiate an activation email in our system, and a new email will be sent to complete the setup. Once you've done that, click the activation link in your email inbox, and you're good to go! 
*Just a heads up, next time you log in after activating you will need to select "forgot Password" to continue to log in as the activation does not prompt a password creation*
