• How do I subscribe?
  You can easily subscribe to a product from the product page. To start a subscription, select the 'Subscribe & Save 15%' option automatically for the product you want us to ship. Select your preferred replenishment frequency, select 'add to cart', and complete the checkout process.
  
  
• Where do I manage and review my subscriptions?
  You can manage your active and inactive subscriptions under My Account in the "My Subscriptions" section. Click here to log in to your account.
  
  
• Can I pause my subscription?
  You can delay your next shipment by up to 90 days in the Subscription section in My Account.
  
  
• How do I cancel my subscription?
  - You can cancel your subscription online at any time in the My Subscriptions section of My Account. Select ‘Cancel’ on the subscription you would like to cancel, followed by the reason why. You will receive a confirmation email when your subscription has been canceled. Click here to log in to your account.
  
  If you are not able to cancel your subscription successfully for any reason, please email us at [email protected] and provide your name, email, and order number associated with your subscription.
  
  
• Can I cancel a subscription order that has already been placed?
  We cannot cancel a subscription order once it is processed and/or shipped. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return.
  
  
  
• Subscribe & Save Terms & Conditions
  - A recurring charge for the product(s) selected for 'Subscribe & Save' will be automatically charged to your credit card when your order ships. There is no minimum term and no minimum purchase amount.
  
  - Your subscription will continue until you cancel. You can manage your active and inactive subscriptions in the My Subscriptions section under My Account. Click here to log in to your account.
  
  
• Can I apply a Discount code or Rewards Points to my Exiscing subscription?
  
  - Discount codes and rewards points cannot be used for existing subscriptions. If you have a discount code that you'd like to apply, we recommend canceling your existing subscription and creating a new one with the discount code.
